Wildfires have burned parts of Los Angeles since Wednesday, and it doesn't look they will be put out anytime soon. It has been horrifying to watch homes burn and people race toward safety through congested streets. Our prayers are with all impacted by this terrible event. 2025 is in full swing! We've lived seven days of it already. A whole week. It won't be long until we are saying, "Where did 2025 go?"

It's December, the time when we celebrate the end of the year along with many religious holidays. I celebrate Christmas, the birth of the Savior, along with other Christians. Others celebrate Hanukkah, which comes at almost the same time of the year. Some may celebrate Kwanza or other special days.
