Praise for this book

I enjoyed this book very much. The series has been as much of a favorite of mine as Lost Children of the Prophet. I really enjoy how Ms. Conger includes a lot of details in the story - it makes for a much more believable and realistic story, and I can easily imagine the characters and the setting in my mind's eye. I feel that if I can create a "movie in my mind" of the book that I am reading, it is well-written and enjoyable. I also appreciated the underlying message of the book - we, as Christians, really do need to protect our minds from the evil forces that wish to pull us away from our Heavenly Father. Although the setting of the book is well before the New Testament, the story is a great example of why is it important to put on the Full Armor of God as written in Ephesians Ch. 6.

This story of twins who take very different paths is a cautionary tale that is extremely relevant today. Sad but still uplifting, it encouraged me to more closely examine my own choices. Well done Angelique!
