Praise for this book

It is a pleasure and relaxing to read Angelique’s books.
Yes, I received an advance free copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. First, I am a voracious reader...around 400 books a year, but I’m also very picky.
In a world of hate and gore,, reading her Biblically-based stories and seeing not much has changed in man’s treatment of others makes me realize how we are our worst enemies. Betrayed Trust is a continuation of the .Lost Children of the Prophet by Mrs. Conger. She does a wonderful job of giving her characters depth and humanity. Of course, some are much nicer than others. This book is based in the ancient city of Nod. Recently it was proven by archeologists that Nod did exist. Angelique flavors her stories in a manner that I usually read her books straight through, and then drop her an email encouraging her to get busy and tell more if the story.
Her books are Christian novels, appropriate for teens to those of us long retired.
In Betrayed Trust you will see family interrelationships very similar to those today. This series would be great for a Christian Book Club. You won’t be preached at, but you will see how faith in our Creator sets us apart and strengthens us. Buy the books and read them. You will be glad you did!
